Leo Chan: It was very interesting to note the professionalism displayed by the salesperson, a dealership staff at Richmond Lexus. When we stopped at your dealership, which was very busy, Mr. Leo Chan was able to explain the vehicle to us even though we told him we were just looking. Thank you for providing an unusually good customer service experience at your dealership! Bas was extremely helpful and patient as we worked through all the details of the purchase and the arrangements of turning in our leased vehicle. The special touches like flowers for my wife were particularly thoughtful. It is difficult to sum up Bas’ approach in one or two words, but the best I can do is “exceptional professionalism”. Such a good customer service experience, perhaps should be common, but unfortunately is quite rare.
